Quotes for Products and Services
Our site contains forms that allow you to enter personal identifiable information in order to receive a quotation for the goods and services we offer. These services include but are not limited to transportation and moving services, packing services, and warehouse services. Depending on the type of service, we may collect different information from you in order to accurately respond to your request. We may need to share your personal identifiable information with our partners and affiliates in order to accurately give you the information you have requested. When you submit this information, you agree that it’s okay to share this information with our partners and affiliates.
Payments for Products and Services
You also have the option of paying for our products and services through our website. We do not store any of this information on our web servers. The links for payment on these pages connect directly to our banking institution. When you enter your payment information for payment you enter this on our banking partner’s website and the transaction is governed by their privacy policy. If you choose, you may also make payments by EFT or at a pay point in our office. Please contact us using the information on our invoice to make alternative payment arrangements.
Contests and Sweepstakes
Our site sometimes includes notices of promotions we are conducting, and we may permit you to enter electronically in some cases. If that occurs, we will use the information you provide for the purpose of conducting the promotion (e.g., to contact you if you’re a winner). Within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the promotion, the personal information will be deleted from our database, unless you’ve agreed to permit us to keep it and use it to contact you again.
